IEEE GBU student branch, under the aegis of IEEE (Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineering) is a student branch in Asia Pacific region. It has fostered technological innovation and excellence in its students for over years and it still continues to do so. Established in 2012, it has grown into a strong unit of more than hundred student members. As the branch counselor, I feel proud in saying that the events organized by IEEE GBU are not only to the curious nature of our students, but also develops a scientific approach in them towards life which helps them ti be well rounded professionals. The students work hard round the year organizing workshops and events for the development of student branch. I’ve seen newcomers beginning from scratch, getting involved in the organizational logistics as they gain valuable experience and empower themselves to take up larger responsibilities and pass on the baton of success to others. I would like to wish my students the very best of luck for their endeavors this year and I am confident in their ability to take IEEE GBU to new heights.
